Privacy
This is about the website. The game has its own policy, published with it on Google Play.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no A/B tool and no cookie. Nothing is stored in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere when you read a page. This is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Nothing is fetched from a third party either. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, specifically so that reading a page here does not hand your IP address to another company. There is no CDN, no embedded video, no external script and no font call.
If you email
Mail sent to playgalaxyfusion@gmail.com sits in a Gmail inbox and is read by one person. It is kept as long as it is useful and is not added to a mailing list, not sold and not shared. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from because there is no newsletter.
The supporter list
If you support the studio and you tick the box asking for it, one piece of information is published on the support page: the display name you wrote yourself. If you tick the second box as well, an amount is published next to it. Both boxes start empty. Tick neither and nothing about you is published.
Never published, under any circumstances: your surname, your email address, your city, your photo, the date or the individual amounts of separate payments. Only a per-person accumulated total, and only with that second consent.
This is personal data and you can withdraw it. Email and it comes off — no reason required, no form, no waiting period beyond the time it takes to publish the site again. Ask here.
The legal basis is your explicit consent, given at the moment of the payment; the purpose is publicly thanking people who asked to be thanked; the data lives in a JSON file served by this site and nowhere else. Under KVKK you may also ask what is held about you and ask for it to be corrected.
Hosting
The site is served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like any web server, it processes the requests it receives in order to answer them.
