Terms
Short, because the site does very little. It shows you pages, and takes nothing from you unless you choose to make an account — and an account only keeps what the Site privacy page describes.
Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote it. The press kit grants explicit permission for the logos, screenshots and factsheet — see the press page, which governs those. Everything else on the site is the studio's, and reproducing a whole page as your own is not covered.
What is not promised
Everything here describes a game that is still being made. Features can change, be cut, or arrive later than intended. Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular thing on a particular date — which is also why no dates are given.
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. It is almost all static pages, the one exception being the page that signs you in; if something is wrong or broken, telling us is more useful than any clause here.
Accounts
An account is optional and free. Nothing on this site is behind it, nothing is sold through it, and no payment can be made with it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (with parental/guardian consent if under 18). What it keeps, where it is kept and how to delete it are set out on the Site privacy page.
It is not a site-only login. The same account signs you in to Galaxy Fusion, so what happens inside the game — including the player record the game publishes — is governed by the game's own policy and not by this page.
You can delete the account yourself, on the Account page, without asking anyone. That button does not remove a Galaxy Fusion save, and while a save exists the account is not deleted at all; the privacy page explains why, and what to do instead. The studio reserves the right to suspend account access in cases of abuse, cheating, or security breaches.
Support and Atelier
Nothing is sold on this site and no payment can be made here. If a way to support the work opens later, it will be a purchase made inside the app store, under that store's own terms and refund rules, and it will give no advantage of any kind inside any game.
The Atelier section is an independent showcase; the site is not an e-commerce platform or intermediary service provider. Inquiries are handled directly with artists; no payments or transactions take place here.
Corporate sponsorship of the in-game orbit slots is a separate commercial arrangement and is not covered by these terms: it is governed by the contract signed for it.
Law
Turkish law applies, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer under it.
