Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote it. The press kit grants explicit permission for the logos, screenshots and factsheet — see the press page, which governs those. Everything else on the site is the studio's, and reproducing a whole page as your own is not covered.

What is not promised

Everything here describes a game that is still being made. Features can change, be cut, or arrive later than intended. Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular thing on a particular date — which is also why no dates are given.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. It is a set of static pages; if one is wrong or broken, telling us is more useful than any clause here.

Support

Money sent to the studio is voluntary and is not a purchase. It buys no goods, no service, no licence and no advantage of any kind inside any game. It is not refundable as a purchase would be, because nothing was sold; if something has gone wrong with a payment, email and it will be sorted out like adults.

Appearing on the supporter list is not something support buys either. It happens only if you ask for it, publication stays at the studio's discretion, and it can be undone at any time on request.

Corporate sponsorship of the in-game orbit slots is a separate commercial arrangement and is not covered by these terms: it is governed by the contract signed for it.

Law

Turkish law applies, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer under it.
